Returns/Refund

Only registered uses may return Goods based on their condition within our 4 months warranty given to all clients for all Goods sold by Ubuntu Sales Online Store. The Return Period may vary according to value, brand ,quality and life span of the product. We offer paid extended warranties upto 2 years. If a registered customer had to change their mind on item(s) already purchased and delivered they can return but at a 20% goods value handling fee. Returns based on client changing their mind reason should be returned within 7 days from day of delivery.

Customer is liable for all their shipment costs for their returns. Goods will be accessed and investigated by Ubuntu Sales team before it is approved for Refund.

Ubuntu Sales will refund based on your method of payment on purchase.(But however Ubuntu Sales may decide to use a different method of payment for Return with no Clients Permission).
